Woodworking machines

Small machines make work easier. A cordless screwdriver is a good complement to a hand screwdriver or even a hand drill. A small lathe is really fun to use, and once you've learned the basics with hand tools, some machines are quite useful and enjoyable to operate.

For parents and educators

These power tools are ideal for material preparation and support in the woodworking shop at kindergartens or schools. The small Proxxon tools are also highly recommended for parents or grandparents who want to work with their children, or for model making.

Aren't the machines too dangerous for children?

Parents are best placed to judge what their children are capable of. Woodworking machines are not toys and should never be given to children unsupervised, even though these tools have very high safety standards.
